Why should I choose Bassett Nut Company for corporate gourmet gifts?

Bassett Nut Company has been providing fresh-roasted premium nuts, palatable fruit and nut mixes, the highest quality chocolates and candies, and the best gourmet popcorn since 1928. Our old-fashioned recipe for success starts with only the highest quality ingredients, and we still batch roast all of our premium nuts and pop and coat all of our gourmet popcorn just prior to packaging and shipping, which ensures a fresh gourmet treat that will long be remembered.

How do I place my order?

Once you’ve made your choice of gourmet treat, packaging, quantity and delivery date, you may begin the ordering process by calling 419.866.7500 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. We’ll walk you through our simple process to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. 

If you’re in the Toledo area, you can order by visiting our Factory Outlet at 6210 Merger Dr. in Holland, OH any time Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. 

Can I order online?

Online ordering is coming soon, but for now you can only place your order by visiting our location or calling 419.866.7500 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. 

How far in advance should I place my order?

Depending upon the complexity of your order will determine how far in advance it needs to be placed. During the Holiday Season we ship thousands of gifts daily so the lead time varies based on quanity, stock availability, and any decoration needs. It is best to contact us to discuss your project and determine the necessary lead time to hit your delivery date.

Can I place an order by email or fax?

Yes! For your convenience you can place your order by emailing sales@bassettnut.com or by faxing your order to 419.866.7501 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST.

How far in advance should I place my order?

How soon will my order be shipped after I place my order?

We want your recipients to receive your order when you want. When you place your order simply tell us the desired ship date and we will put that as our target date.

Will I receive an order confirmation/receipt after I place my order?

Yes. We will acknowledge the order and confirm the pricing and shipping date. If the gift is branded with a message or logo you will also receive a Proof prior to production.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

In certain cases yes, but we are happy to discuss your project or needs and determine how we accommodate.

Do you offer product samples?

Taste samples sell our product. If you would like to sample just reach out and we would be happy to accommodate your needs. For larger product samples we simply invoice and then waive that invoice once an order is placed.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, you can tailor your order to your exact needs, from type and quantity of gourmet treat to packaging options, personalized message and shipping specifications. We’ll walk you through each step when you place your order!

Can you ship to multiple locations for a single order?

Yes. When placing your order, make sure to include every shipping location and the intended type and quantity of gourmet treat, as well as packing option, for each.
